Through the strategic research approach, the operational relationship between Colin S. Gray & Ken. Booth's military "power" and political "purpose" were fully clarified to examine the role of the missile defense strategy in Israel's national security strategy and the effectiveness of missile defense strategy in Israel. After analysis, the main impact of the Israeli missile defense strategy can be divided into the following three parts: The first is to strengthen the relationship between security cooperation between the United States and Israel. The second is to reduce the possibility of major war outbreaks in the Middle East. The third is to improve the prospects of the Israeli national defense industry. This study believes that the United States’ support for Israel’s security issues is Israel’s greatest support in the Middle East. Although it is impossible to solve the traditional conflict problem, with the increase in the military power gap, the possibility of major war outbreaks in the Middle East will be reduced. However, the construction of Iran’s nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles will still threaten the survival and development of Israel. Finally, the researchers summarized the conclusions and proposed research findings and future prospects as a reference for follow-up researchers. ER -
